Holders of a Volunteer Industry Qualification Certificate prior to 2013 who choose not to join the Academy are not required to present their qualification certificate to the Inspector. Likewise, they cannot have their qualifications suspended or revoked by the college, but must abide by the college’s code of ethics, according to all members.
